2. Executive Summary

MNCOIN, represented by the symbol MN8642COIN, is a BEP-20 utility token deployed on BNB Smart Chain. The project is in an early stage of development and is intended to provide a flexible foundation for practical blockchain applications, including peer-to-peer payments, digital commerce, microtransactions, and future ecosystem services.

The project is built around four principles: transparency, responsible development, practical utility, and gradual expansion. MNCOIN aims to distinguish clearly between currently available functionality and future concepts so that planned features are not presented as already-live products.

MNCOIN is currently deployed on BSC, its contract information can be reviewed through BscScan, and the project website identifies PancakeSwap as a current trading venue. The project also states that 70% of the referenced liquidity is locked for one year through PinkSale.

The contract architecture uses an upgradeable Proxy design. This provides technical flexibility, but also means that users should independently review upgrade authority, administrative permissions, and the current implementation.

According to the official project materials, MNCOIN follows an independent, founder-led development model. Current priorities include infrastructure, documentation, transparency, community communication, and evaluation of practical use cases.

Founder Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mncoin

Current functionality should be distinguished from future goals. Peer-to-peer payments, digital commerce, microtransactions, developer tools, wallet integrations, and broader infrastructure are presented in this whitepaper as development directions or potential applications rather than services that are necessarily live today.

4. Vision, Mission and Development Principles

Vision

MNCOIN's vision is to develop an ecosystem in which blockchain technology can support practical digital applications while keeping key technical and economic information understandable and verifiable.

Mission

Build, Document, Improve — build useful infrastructure, document it clearly, and improve it continuously.

  • Security-oriented engineering
  • Transparency in project and contract information
  • Focus on practical utility rather than promotional claims
  • Maintainable and extensible infrastructure
  • Community feedback and responsible iteration
  • Responsible innovation

These principles guide development, while priorities may change according to technical feasibility, resources, security requirements, legal considerations, and community feedback.

5. Problem and Opportunity

Many digital-asset projects remain focused primarily on trading, while practical blockchain infrastructure can be complex for everyday users. MNCOIN intends to explore a more understandable, gradual path toward real-world digital utility.

Key Issues

  • Demand for accessible blockchain-based digital payments
  • Need for applications that extend utility beyond trading
  • Need for transparent documentation of supply, contract, liquidity, and project status
  • Need for adaptable infrastructure capable of supporting future requirements

Opportunity

BNB Smart Chain provides access to a broad Web3 ecosystem and established tooling. MNCOIN can progressively explore use cases such as peer-to-peer payments, digital commerce, and microtransactions, subject to technical, security, economic, and legal feasibility.

6. Ecosystem Architecture

The MNCOIN ecosystem can be understood conceptually through four layers:

  1. Blockchain Layer: BNB Smart Chain as the current deployment network.
  2. Token Layer: the MN8642COIN contract and its transfer, supply, and fee mechanisms.
  3. Application Layer: the official website, DEX markets, and future applications such as payments, commerce, and microtransactions.
  4. Ecosystem Layer: users, developers, tools, integrations, and future infrastructure.

This modular view is intended to support future development without presenting future services as already operational.

Important Principle: No individual layer guarantees security or economic success. Users should independently review the contract, implementation, administrative permissions, liquidity, and market conditions.

Burn Address 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD

Before interacting with the token, always verify the contract address against official project sources. Token name and symbol alone are not sufficient to verify a digital asset's authenticity.

7.1. Explanation of Supply

The figure of 300.1 billion tokens is the defined supply in the project specifications. This number should not be equated with circulating supply, liquidity amount, wallet balances, or the amount displayed in a specific view of a blockchain explorer.

Values related to balances, transactions, and actual supply changes must be verified from network data.

7.2. Social Mining Reserve

An amount of 100,000,000 tokens is allocated for the future social mining mechanism and community participation.

This reserve is part of the announced supply model; however, social mining is not yet active. Its launch requires the definition and publication of an execution mechanism, participation conditions, reward distribution methods, and technical regulations.

Final details must be published before official activation. The existence of this reserve does not mean mining is active or guarantee reward receipt.

7.3. Auto-Burn Parameter Cap

In the project's technical specifications, a cap of 20,000,000,000 tokens is announced for the auto-burn mechanism parameter.

This amount is a parameter cap and should not be interpreted as the number of tokens burned to date. The actual burn amount must be verified from the contract code and transactions recorded on the blockchain.

7.4. Voluntary Burning

Holders of MNCOIN can voluntarily burn any desired amount of their tokens using the burn function in the smart contract. This function removes the specified tokens from the holder's balance and reduces the total token supply.

8. Tokenomics

The published supply model is divided into six categories:

CategoryPercentageAmount
Liquidity40%120,040,000,000
Ecosystem Development25%75,025,000,000
Treasury Reserve20%60,020,000,000
Marketing5%15,005,000,000
Development Fund5%15,005,000,000
Strategic Reserve5%15,005,000,000

Total: 100% = 300,100,000,000 MNCOIN.

These percentages describe the published allocation model. They do not by themselves prove how much of each category is currently circulating, held in wallets, deposited in liquidity pools, or locked.

9. Token Allocation Details

1. Liquidity — 40%

Intended to support liquidity and trading markets. A 40% token allocation is not the same thing as the amount currently locked in a liquidity pool.

2. Ecosystem Development — 25%

Intended to support future products, applications, and ecosystem initiatives.

3. Treasury Reserve — 20%

A long-term operational and strategic reserve for the project.

4. Marketing — 5%

Intended for community communications, awareness, and project marketing activities.

5. Development Fund — 5%

Intended for technical development, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement.

6. Strategic Reserve — 5%

Intended for future strategic opportunities and requirements, subject to feasibility and project needs.

Website consistency note: the website's allocation summary has also used an "Other Allocations" 15% grouping, while the detailed allocation table divides that 15% into three separate 5% categories. The final whitepaper uses the detailed six-category structure.

10. Transaction Fee Mechanism

The announced project fee model includes a total of 6% transaction fee.

Fee Component Percentage Purpose
Token Burning 2% Supply reduction according to contract logic
Liquidity Support 1.5% Allocation to liquidity mechanism
Project Treasury 1.5% Allocation to treasury section
Development 1% Support for project development activities
Total 6%

10.1. Burning

The portion allocated for burning, in accordance with the contract logic and if the relevant mechanism is executed, is used to reduce the token supply.

10.2. Liquidity Support

The portion allocated for liquidity is assigned to the relevant mechanism according to the contract's execution logic. This allocation alone does not guarantee an increase in liquidity or price stability.

10.3. Project Treasury

The treasury portion is intended for the project's operational needs and objectives. The method of receiving and using these resources must align with the contract logic and related transactions.

10.4. Development

The development portion is intended to support activities related to project development. The execution of this allocation depends on the actual contract logic.

10.5. Fee Considerations

The actual method of calculating, collecting, and distributing fees depends on the deployed contract logic and its active settings. For independent evaluation, the contract code and on-chain transactions must be reviewed.

Transaction fees can affect the cost of buying and selling and the user experience. There is no guarantee that fees will lead to price appreciation, profitability, or liquidity.

11. Liquidity and Liquidity Lock

According to the current official project information, 70% of the referenced liquidity in the PancakeSwap pool is locked through PinkSale for a period of 365 days.

70% locked liquidity ≠ 70% of the total token supply. This percentage refers to the specified liquidity position, not 70% of the 300.1 billion MNCOIN total supply.

The Tokenomics model allocates 40% of the supply to liquidity. This is a different metric from the percentage of a particular liquidity position that is locked.

The project also states an intention to repeat a 70% locking approach for new liquidity deposits it creates in the future, where supported by the selected locking service. This is a development policy/goal and each future deposit should be verified through its own public lock record.

View PinkSale Lock Record

A liquidity lock does not eliminate market risk, smart-contract risk, price volatility, or all forms of liquidity risk.

12. Smart Contract Architecture

MNCOIN uses an upgradeable Proxy architecture. In this model, the Proxy address serves as the public interaction point while the implementation contract contains the executable logic.

Potential Benefits

  • Technical maintenance and correction when required
  • Adaptation to future infrastructure requirements
  • Ability to retain the public Proxy address through supported upgrades

Security Considerations

  • The current implementation should be reviewed.
  • Upgrade authority should be identified and documented.
  • Administrative permissions should be independently verified on-chain.
  • A Proxy architecture does not itself guarantee security or immutability.

An upgradeable architecture can provide flexibility for an early-stage project, but it also makes review of administrative authority and upgrade controls particularly important.

13. Security and Technical Controls

MNCOIN's security approach is based on risk reduction and transparency rather than claims of absolute security. The official project materials acknowledge that no software, network, or smart contract can eliminate every risk.

Security Principles

  • Review of contract code and architecture
  • Attention to access control and administrative privileges
  • Review of Proxy and implementation architecture
  • Independent review of liquidity and lock records
  • Updating documentation when material changes occur
  • User education regarding private keys and recovery phrases

Audit Status

The current Security Center states that, at the time of its publication, no independent third-party audit report had been published. Therefore, "Verified on BscScan" should not be interpreted as equivalent to "Audited" or as a guarantee of security.

14. Transparency and Verification

A core project principle is that users should be able to verify key information through public sources.

Primary Verification Sources

Verification should be performed independently. A link or data display on the website does not guarantee that third-party information will remain accurate or available indefinitely.

15. Intended Use Case: Peer-to-Peer Payments

One long-term direction for MNCOIN is peer-to-peer digital payments, allowing users to transfer digital assets directly between wallets without requiring a centralized custodian to hold the assets.

Potential Scenarios

  • Payments between members of a digital community
  • Small-value user-to-user payments
  • Settlement for digital services
  • Payments within future ecosystem products

At present, this section represents a development direction and should not be presented as a live payment service unless and until the relevant product is officially launched and documented.

16. Intended Use Case: Digital Commerce

Another ecosystem direction is exploring MNCOIN for digital commerce and merchant-oriented applications. The objective could be to create an experience in which compatible merchants or platforms can accept MNCOIN for digital or physical goods and services.

Potential Future Components

  • Simple payment interfaces
  • Price and token-amount conversion at checkout
  • On-chain transaction records
  • Refund and user-error handling
  • Fraud and security controls
  • Legal and tax assessment in each relevant jurisdiction

Nothing in this section represents a currently active merchant service unless officially launched.

17. Microtransactions and Ecosystem Services

Microtransactions refer to small-value and potentially frequent payments. Where network costs and user experience are appropriate, digital assets can potentially support such use cases.

Potential Future Directions

  • Small payments for digital services
  • Access to ecosystem features or content
  • Payments between applications and users
  • Community incentive models, where independently designed and approved

Microtransaction utility is a development direction and should not be presented as a completed product at this stage.

18. Community, Participation and Governance

At an early stage, the community can provide valuable feedback for identifying technical issues, product requirements, and development priorities.

Participation Principles

  • Publish material changes with dates and version information
  • Clearly distinguish news, development goals, and live functionality
  • Support responsible security reporting
  • Publish information that can be independently verified
  • Avoid promises of profit or guaranteed prices

Current Governance

According to the current Security Center, contract administration remains under project control at this stage. Users should consider this when evaluating project and smart-contract risk. Any future change to governance, ownership, or administrative authority should be documented and, where possible, supported by verifiable on-chain records.

19. Development Roadmap

The MNCOIN roadmap is designed around gradual development rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

StageFocus
1. FoundationToken maintenance, website, documentation, and core infrastructure
2. Technical DevelopmentTechnical improvements, security review, and infrastructure preparation
3. Utility DevelopmentExploration of P2P payments, digital commerce, and microtransactions
4. Ecosystem ExpansionEvaluation of integrations, services, partnerships, and broader capabilities

Each stage depends on technical feasibility, resources, security requirements, legal considerations, and community feedback. Completion should be accompanied by an official status update and evidence of the actual delivered state.

20. Product Development Strategy

The proposed MNCOIN development approach is staged: establish infrastructure and transparency first, test practical applications next, and expand the ecosystem only where feasibility and evidence support it.

Development Cycle

  1. Define a real user need
  2. Perform technical and economic analysis
  3. Design a prototype
  4. Conduct security and usability testing
  5. Release to a limited audience and collect feedback
  6. Document results
  7. Scale gradually where justified

This approach reduces the risk of turning future ideas into unconditional promises and allows priorities to change as evidence, resources, and requirements evolve.

21. Long-Term Infrastructure Vision: MNCHAIN

One long-term concept associated with the project is a potential independent infrastructure referred to conceptually as MNCHAIN. At present, this is a vision rather than a separately launched blockchain network.

If pursued in the future, key areas would include:

  • Consensus architecture and network security model
  • Token economics and transaction costs
  • Developer tools and RPC infrastructure
  • Bridges and interoperability with BSC
  • Block explorer and monitoring tools
  • Network security and key management
  • Governance and protocol upgrade mechanisms

Launching such infrastructure would require significant technical, security, operational, and legal resources. It is therefore presented here as a long-term potential objective rather than a current product or commitment.

22. Risk Disclosure

Interaction with digital assets and smart contracts involves material risks. Key MNCOIN-related risks include:

  • High price volatility and potential loss of value
  • Reduced liquidity or changing market conditions
  • Smart-contract errors or vulnerabilities
  • Risks associated with Proxy architecture and upgrade authority
  • BNB Smart Chain or RPC infrastructure disruptions
  • Cyberattacks, phishing, and impersonation of official channels
  • Wallet compromise and loss of private keys
  • Dependence on third-party services such as DEXs and market-data providers
  • Changes in laws and regulations across jurisdictions
  • Delays, changes, or cancellation of future development plans

A liquidity lock, BscScan verification, or publication of a whitepaper does not guarantee price, profit, liquidity, absolute security, legal acceptance, or project success.

23. Legal and Compliance Framework

For purposes of this document, MNCOIN is described as a blockchain technology project and utility token. The legal classification of digital assets differs across jurisdictions and may change over time.

Principles

  • This document is not an offer to buy or sell an asset.
  • This document is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing the laws applicable to their place of residence or operation.
  • The project cannot guarantee that use of the token is lawful in every jurisdiction.
  • Roadmaps and development plans do not create a legal guarantee of future products or prices.

Before launching future payment, merchant, wallet, financial, or other regulated products, the project should obtain appropriate independent legal advice and evaluate data protection, taxation, consumer protection, KYC/AML where applicable, and licensing requirements.
